At Comic-con 2005, Electronic Arts announced today that acclaimed comic writer, Mark Millar, and artist, Terry Dodson, will be joining the roster of top comic book talent, including Jae Lee, on the development of Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects. Set to release this fall, the game features multiple Super Heroes from the Marvel Universe as well as a new set of characters created by EA called, "The Imperfects."

As previously announced by MTV, LA RUSH is the first of three titles to ship under Midway's innovative co-marketing relationship with MTV. Madden Extends Deal

Electronic Arts today announced that John Madden, football icon and television analyst of ABC's Monday Night Football, has signed a multi-year agreement to continue to license his name and appear in and consult on the development of future iterations of the blockbuster game that bears his name. Madden NFL 06, the newest iteration of the EA SPORTS best-selling football franchise with the official videogame license of the NFL and its players, will feature the name, voice, likeness and expertise of the celebrated sports personality. EA SPORTS Madden NFL 06 is scheduled for release on August 9, 2005. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Business mogul Donald Trump says he “wasn’t particularly happy” with the most recent season of his hit reality show, and is considering some controversial changes bound to generate buzz for upcoming episodes. Among the proposals: pitting a team of African-American contestants against a team of all-white players.

PS3 Will Not Route

One of the coolest features of the next gen systems has been axed. The PlayStation 3 will no longer act as a home network router, according to Sony Computer Entertainment boss Ken Kutaragi, who has revealed that the functionality has been dropped because it would have been too expensive.

Speaking with Japanese publication Nikkei Electronics, Kutaragi said that the original specification for the PS3 would have allowed the system's three Gigabit Ethernet ports to be used as a home router.
